Personally I am not a ginger fan on it but DH and his family very keen.
As ILs coming to stay this weekend and I just found the jar of ginger fruit spread I bought for DH's birthday and thought it would be nice to make something for them.
Any ideas?
I'm thinking some kind of sponge using the ginger instead of red fruit jam or something?
