I have it in the shed, do you need the recipe now or later?

I gave up on the wagamama book, too many ingrediants and processes, for the broths and bases etc i just enjoy eating there instead!

200g tofu (says chicken but I assume same quantity)
2 tablespoons yakitori sauce
2 tablespoons veg oil
8 cooked peeled prawns (?)
2 tablespoons canned sweetcorn
2 tablespoons mange tout
4 button mushrooms sliced
2 spring onions cut into 2.5cm lengths
2 eggs beaten
75g thai fragrant rice cooked
salt
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
miso soup and pickles to serve

combine tofu and yakitori sauce - marinate for 30 mins to 1 hour. Remove tofu, reserve marinade and slice into thin slices.

Heat wok - add oil. Add prawns, sweetcorn, mangetout, mushrooms and springonions along with tofu. Stir fry for about 5 mins over medium heat. Add egg and stir fry until it is scrambled.

Add rice. Season with salt and soy sauce. Cook until everything mixed evenly and rice heated through.

Serves 2

Enjoy!

thank you both!
I agree - many ingredients there, and love eating at the restaurant.

anyway, have already got a ready made egg rice dish which I bought at Waitrose, going to add my own tofu and some of the ingredients listed to flavour it up! thanks.
