cake recipes pleae

ok i have plain flour, self rasing flour,butter, golden syrup, eggs, bicarb of soda, cream of tartar, bag choc chips, oats, essenses etc etc

does anyone have a recipe for a nice cake i can make on sat that will include any of the above, i dont have any money til next week so it needs to be something yummy but v v v cheap

i reckon it would be nice served warm with cream

yeah it's yummy, tastes of orange not marmalade (tho also good with apricot jam).
I made it the other day and it was all gone a matter of hours later.
