Ds1 wants to make cookies for his teacher

Will they go down well?
He's in reception and obviously, I'll be very strict on the hygiene front.
It will save me from popping out to buy something later.

DS2 made these for his teacher in Reception

1 egg white
100g ground almonds
100g icing sugar

Mix together and roll into marble-sized balls with damp hands. (have a bowl of cold water to re-wet fingers)

Bake at 200 degrees c for 8 - 10 minutes on baking parchment.

Put in a pretty box/tub.

He should be able to do this mostly by himself if you separate the egg.

They were a big hit and makes a change from Roses.

I'll have to go out and get a nice box or something? Do they sell them in Tesco's?
