BeenBeta !

How do you survive with that a lovely, homely, warming celebration of life and nurturing and family and goodness every evening?!

I'm depressed now.

with that

without, obviously.

I was so shocked my hands were shaking

Me and DW eat a full lunch together every day as we work together. Sometimes with a bottle of wine. Ds have a sandwich, fruit etc for dinner if they have had a cooked school lunch. Sometimes I eat a little bit of something if I have been gardening. DW rarely eats anything at all after 2pm. and its only 16 hours to breakfast.

Breakfast like a king, lunch like prince, dinner like a pauper.

We just talk, read, MN, watch TV, and work. Eating is really a habit we grew out of and healthier for it. I weigh the same as on our wedding day and DW weighs a stone less.

No idea how people eat a full meal every night. On rare occassions we do eat dinner with friends we find we cannot sleep.

I do urge people to give it a try.

Try drinking fresh orange juice with your meals, it helps the body absorb iron from food.

That is in'resting, BeenB. It's like an upside-down day! I'm of you having lovely lunches with your other half. Sounds a damn sight nicer than trying to avoid my monster of a colleague

(I weigh three stone less than on my wedding day )
