What proportions of ingredients do you use to make houmus?

Have soaked and cooked way too many chick peas for a curry, so I thought I'd make some houmus but I always end up unhappy with the amount of lemon / garlic / tahini (which I don't like very much) etc.

Any recommendations?

I go with the following

6oz cooked chickpeas
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 clove garlic, crushed
plenty of salt
1 tablespoon tahini
enough water to make the paste the right consistency.

BTW... if you drain the chickpeas and let them go completely cold they freeze really well.
