Can i freeze some? Should i blanche it first?

Blanche it first, and freeze either in individual portions or open on a tray then bag up the individual frozen florets.

But why is it going to be ploughed in? Is it contaminateted in some way? There are contaminants that can be harmful if eaten, but biodegrade safely in the earth.

no, they've been and picked the big ones, but there must be half left that are still a good size imo, just not supermarket standard i imagine. They've ploughed one field already so planning to glean some of what's left!

Will blanche then ta!
