... time for me to bugger off, at least for the foreseeable.

I don't like what's happened here recently, that's for sure, it's been very unpleasant - I'm too old for schoolyard netball-team-picking - and I could do with spending more of my time on RL things anyway.

Thanks for all the genuine support and kindness I've received in my few years here, I've appreciated every bit of it and have some lovely friends as a result.

I remember your posts from when I first found MN, they kept me awake and connected whenever threads started to get too much.

Oh Greeny I feel exactly the same. 20 years too old for playground cliques and bitchiness and secret codes.

The only reason I haven't left mumsnet totally is because I've made some lovely real life friends through it, including Greeny.

I still have no idea what went on but I can't help feeling that whoever has caused this bad feeling has won if everyone is leaving
