I have been part of MN since around 2011. It used to be a fun place to hang out but it seems to be getting more and more nasty and unsupportive. Every thread i go on to there appear to be posters who just cannot wait to get their claws out and put people down. I can't bear it any longer.

I am off to have an actual life. Bye.

I know what you mean. I recently asked for advice/recommendations and just got lectures about how stupid I was.

I won't say what as nc since. Some of the boards are still good though.

I'm wondering if it's the Charles & Meghan thread that was the last straw.

I’ve created a couple of threads and ended up abondoning for my own mental well being!

There are too many bullies on this site!

I came on here to get parenting advice and to swap stories and sometimes to vent but the amount of abuse you get sometimes it’s just disgusting :-(
