First time away overnight - how to feed Betta

We haven't left our Betta overnight before (and obviously no holidays on the horizons!) am wondering what to do.
We have to travel for unavoidable family reasons (not a party!) and could give food in the morning and in the evening of the next day, but that would still leave 2 meals he would miss out on. Can he cope with this without stress? Should we give extra for the last meal? Any advice please!

So long as the water quality is good, the tank is filtered, he’ll be fine for a day without food. They are quite resilient little creatures when it comes to food!

Ah thank you @bunnygeek we did go away but hot footed it back the next morning when the plumber had been, and all seemed fine. He is a cute wee guy and I hope he is happy, very hard to tell obviously.
