What are these white spots in our tank?

Have noticed the white spots on the inside of the tank and on this log as well - what are these? And what do we need to do about it?

It's a 90 lt tropical tank - has been running for three years now no problems or ill health or algae etc

It's got love plants and we new snails occasionally but it's never got out of hand

No need to worry they seem to be unfertilised Nerite snail eggs, they do no harm but are annoying to get off the glass.
