Abandoned fish?

Someone has abandoned a fish in the lobby of my block of flats. He is in a Tupperware of water and has a red plastic plant.
He's not very lively but is moving.

Any advice?!

Do you have a tank you can put it in? Any fish food? I'd try and find out what it is (tropical or cold water).

To be honest I think I'd call an independent pet shop in the morning for advice. They might be able to take it in as well.

Just seen this it was a orange White Cloud Mountain Minnow and would've been happy in either a tropical or cold water tank so don't beat yourself up it wasn't anything you'd done as they're fairly hardy fish
