Are there any bigger fish that can live with neons?

So after loosing a few fish last week I am considering what to do with what's left. Tomorrow I am picking up another tank ( just a 65ltr ).

In my big tank I have:
3 honey gourami
4 female fighters
15 neon tetras
5 albino corys
1 bandit cory
My bristle nose family ( lots of babies which will be moving on when big enough ).

I'm thinking of moving the female fighters to the 65ltr and maybe the gouramis as they seem to get on well.

So my big tank will only have the tetras and the bottom feeders, meaning it will look a bit empty. I would like something a bit bigger, was thinking Angels but then read that they are likely to eat the neons? Would love a pair of Rams but not sure if they are comparable, dh wants a ghost knife fish but they seem to be a no no too.

What can I put in with the neons that will look colourful or eye catching?

Yeah, defo not angels. It's a misleading name, they are buggers if they start breeding.

I would just wait and see how things settle tbh, you've had a lot of issues. I would keep the gouramis in the big tank, the 65 litre might be on the small side for them. Are they males or females?

Not angels, there's nothing remotely angelic about them. We had one who ate all the neons and then gobbled up its two smaller angel companions. It grew huge & lived for years. Never again.

Guppies and danios ( I like the leopard danios best).

I'm not in a hurry, just planning , will wait a couple weeks. The gouramis are male ( I think ) they seem fine together and don't bother my other fish. I don't really want guppies, mollies or platy.

I wouldn't put 3 male gouramis in a 65 litre, they are likely to kill each other- they won't have the space to form their own territory.

How big are the bristle babies now?

All my angelfish were very peaceful so surprised about their neon eating tendencies above...

Kept neons with discus for years and all was fine - discus are great to keep and grow, expensive to buy but that was the only downside - best to buy young in a group of around 6+ btw

Would love discus but I think my water is too hard , the lady I bought my big tank off of used it for discus.

My gouramis are quite chilled ( apparently honey gourami are not as bad as others? ), they seem to be be quite playful and always hang out together.

My bristle noses just had another lot of babies ( left the cave a few days ago ) and I have around 25 left from last months batch, I have people waiting to home them but they are still too small to let go ( probably around 1"), my original plan was to move the babies to the smaller tank until they go to their new homes but they seem to like it in the big tank with all the big wood and they love hitching a ride on the adult Plecs .

Picked up the new tank and realised it's much smaller than the one I picked up last week ( which I thought was a 60ltr ), turns out the one I picked up last week is a 90ltr, so I'm not using the 60ltr and have set up the bigger tank instead, water is heating up and have put some media in the filter out of my old tank, going to stick some of the tetras in there just to keep it cycled until I decide what to do.

Rainbow fish! There are many different varieties, most common one is the Bosemani Rainbow. They grow fairly big and active and lively. And they have beautiful colours.

I have a tank with different varieties of Rainbows (4 of each variety, blue, bosemani, featherfin etc), then two bristlenose plecs, albino cories and a shoal of neons. It's a lovely tank.

Have I missed something or do you not mention the size of your "big" tank? First things first though, what species are the albino cories? Your lone bandit cory needs a school, they shouldn't really be kept alone and won't socialise with other cory species.
