Is this a suitable filter

We have just purchased a 260ltr bow fronted tank and we intend to use an external filter. Will the Fluval 306 be man enough? Am reading lots of differing reviews.

I'd be more tempted to go for an eheim, if only due to the issues I'm having with fluval's (non-existant) customer service.

I had an eheim classic when I had my big tank, it was basic but did the job brilliantly. I think a lot of filters have unnecessary bells and whistles.

Will bear that in mind and start researching the eheim instead.

I run the 360 on my 200ltr tank and have never had a problem with it, I have quite a lot of fish and it keeps the water at a good quality.
