Goldfish - Nursery

DD's class have put two goldfish into a 15l tank. Bloody Pets at Home again!

Please could someone link me to a couple of articles that explain precisely why this is cruel. They haven't listened to me although they did take my Nutrafin cycle and water conditioner to use and waited over the weekend before putting them in.

Oh FFS Good on you for trying to fix it. i can,t link as i'm on my phone but if yoj search thr rspca site for goldfish bowls there's a good srticle. Also a similar one on the practical fishkeeping website, i think it's called goldfish FAQs or similar. Finally on fishkeeping.co.uk there's an article about goldfish tank sizes and life expectancy which is pretty eye opening.
