What are the easiest fish to look after?

My DS is keen to have a few fish - he's only 6. What are the easiest for him to look after?

My 7 yr old has a cold water tank with white cloud mountain minnows and some danios which are easy to look after and don't get big as goldfish can apparently do!

It depends on how much space you have for a tank. Realistically you will be the one doing all the work- water changes with heavy buckets and water testing with potentially dangerous chemicals are beyond a 6 yo.
