More tales of woe ....

One of our 4 tetras (the only fish in the 60L tank), has lost an eye today.

What should I do? Nothing? Something.

Not sure if I can keep up with the level of drama associated with our fish tank

Fishkeeping is meant to be relaxing, they said Grin

Poor tetra. I've seen this happen before. He should be fine if it doesn't get infected, just keep the water very clean and maybe add some melafix just in case. If it was caused by scrapping then that's your main concern.

If it was caused by an infection then you need to figure out what's causing that and treat it. Did his eye look bulgy at any point over the last few days? Any other signs of illness?
