I know that comparatively there are far more imporant issues at hand, but I spend a lot of time on Ebay and cannot help be really pissed off that thnings like these are legal.

Surely NO fish/water creature can survive happily in 1.5litres? Another product that drives me mad is the wall mounted bubble shaped tank (capacity about 1 litre) designed specifically for a poor Siamese Fighter to inhabit.

Like I say, it doesn;t exactly compare to war and famine, but it does piss me off.

Yes it is about big enough for ONE tadpole. Note that the goldfish in it are actually photoshopped...I can see through one of them!

1.5 litres? Shock

They are legal to sell but you could argue that keeping fish in there would breach the 2006 Animal Welfare Act. I know people that have returned tanks 10 times the size of that one as 'not fit for purpose'.
