Help! I bought some 'goldfish aquasafe' to neutralise the chlorine in the water, but I hadn't realised that it wasn't the same as my normal aquasafe. the goldfish one is for coldwater aqauriums.

Will it harm my tropical fish? The old bottle doesn't say whether it's for cold water or tropical

It shouldn't do. I would check the pH once before you add the dechlorinated water to the tank just in case it's got some pH buffer in there but AFAIK it's the same as the normal aquasafe stuff. The blurb on the website doesn't say anything is different.
