Can you recommend me a good thriller along the lines of shutter island/the departed/the prestige?

Love Thrillers but I'm getting that horrible 'seen em all' feeling! My faves are shutter island, the departed, Arlington road, the prestige.
It's too long til inception comes out so I need my fix! It's my first time posting in here so hello! I've already been told off for asking for recommendations elsewhere so I hope I'm not going against mnetters ettiquette here!
