Harry Potter and the Deathly hallows?

I've just finished reading the Harry potter books again and was wondering, given that I'm told Deathly hallows will be made into 2 films. Where do you think they will split it?

When Ron gets back to them?

Tanga - yes, I think you may be right. The problem is, I reckon, that nothing much happens in the first half - they pitch a tent, they argue, they pitch a tent somewhere else, they argue etc - and then lots happens in the second half!

So I wonder if they might take it further in the first one - maybe to them reaching Hogsmeade but before they're rescued by whatshisname - the goat man/Dumbledore's brother - is it Alberforth or something?

I think when the dragon tips them off by the lake and they are all relieved to have escaped the Ministry, seems the perfect place to me. Big old tense raid on the Ministry and Gringotts to fill up the first movie.

what i am hoping is that cinema give us a chance to watch the first and second parts at the cinema on the same day next summer. i want a HP feast!

DS got out the 1st film to re-watch on Friday. It's amazing to see how far they've moved on since then. So much darker and scarier now.

Have you seen any of the trailers? Exceptional.

I have just re-read it in anticipation, after seeing the trailer. These are virtually the only films I ever go to the cinema for - it's been a long time coming and I am so looking forward to it. I suspect I will sob stupidly all the way through.

Oh and yes, the dragon escape would be a good place to stop.
