Legally Blonde - what age is it suitable ffrom

Just got the movie and I know it's rated a 12, but is there anything in there that would be terribly unsuitable for a 8 year old. She loves girly movies like Princess diaries & Mama Mia, and too be honest the more grown up stuff tends to go over her head. I have not watched the movie for years, so can't remember too much about it.

I can't remember any sex scenes.. definitely no swearing or drugs I'm sure

I love that film. Actually quite a good message in there for girls IF they can see past the fact that she still looks good.

I would say from memory that if you and she are happy with Mamma Mia then you won't have a problem with Legally Blonde. You might have to discuss the sexual harassment incident, though.

There isn't any frank discussion of the accused's shagging of the pool man and husband is there? Can't remember tbh but i would just check that. Also the UPS man and his 'package' - definately ok with that? I have let dd2 watch 'The Devil wears Prada' though and she loved that. There is a mildly sex suggestive bit but that's it I think - if you're looking for an alternative?
