A Christmas Carol. Is it suitable for under 5's?

just trying to think of something we can see wirh ds (almost 5) and dd (13) today.

He's not easily scared, although have never taken him to see anything awful, we've done the usual Monsters vs Aliens/Bolt/Fantastic Mr Fox etc etc.

If anyone has seen it Id be glad to know what you thought

Very scary!!!
And very true to the novel rather than the disneyfied version ofa christmas carol.

MY DD is 7 and loves Dr Who etc and has watched the Mummy without being scared but she had to hold my hand. To give you an idea , one of the 'jokes' is when Marleys ghost screamsd at Scrooge and the bottom of his jaw rips away and he has to hold it on to try and talk
It is also a bit dull tbh. The scenes flying over London are really well done but it is very 'wordy' and you children can struggle to understand what is going on
