4yo dd was too scared to watch Finding Nemo.... should I take her to Monsters vs Aliens?

She was terrified of the sharks in Finding Nemo (they are pretty scary to be fair) and refused to watch the rest of the film. So I don't know whether Monsters vs. Aliens is a good idea.... she loves Shrek. Would it appeal in a similar way at all or are there bits that would frighten her?

My 3 year old loved it but he loves Monsters Inc, Finding Nemo, Shrek etc. I can only vaguely remember it tbh but I do think there were a few moments with battles/fighting where I did keep sneeking a look at ds to make sure. My friends dd is scared of Finding Nemo and I don't think I would put it on for her.

Thanks for that. Maybe I won't take her then. It would be so sad if she was miserable and scared.
