..One of the best films that I have ever seen.

Amazing, sad (very).

Brilliant

Not convinced by Leonardos SA accent, but the film itself was jawdroppingly fantastic.

brilliant film. have heard a few people complain about leo's accent, but i'd hasten to point out it's not supposed to be a s.a. accent.
his character is from zimbabwe (or rhodesia as he refers to it) and it's fairly spot on for a white man from Zim if my mates accent is anything to go by. he said he could notice the fact that it was put on but thats only cause he's from there and was actively trying to pick it out, if it had been an anonymous person on the radio he said he probably would have thought to himself that the person was from Zimbabwe or somewhere close to it.
i had a bit of a problem with the ending, i mean the whole movie is based on the diamond trade being evil, yet we're expected to be happy with a feel good ending where the black actor (can't remember his name) gets rich off the diamond?surely that's a little hypocritical although i remember he also did it to be reunited with his family.

Oh I cried all the way through it.
Gutwrenching sobs.

I was completely unaware that anything like this existed.

Harrowing but very thought provoking.
