Saw this the other night, yet another great film with Gael Garcia Bernal in it. Winner of the Cannes Film Festival best foreign film in 2000.

GGB is in love with his sil, and gets his dog into dogfighting to raise money to run off with her, big car accident follows, and it interweaves him with other people who were involved or witnessed it.

I would really recommend you get this

I watched El Crimen del Padre Amado the wkend before I had the baby. What a haunting story. It was excellent but I don't think I could watch it again for a long time. Too much emotion to handle at this time.

still havent gotten around to watching it but am planning to this week i hope. Even more so after your comments.
