Saw this today - anyone else? I loved it!

Just got back. I thought it was very funny.

Wasn’t it? So many good moments.

I want to see this. It looks ridiculous.

It is. Fabulously ridiculously brilliant.

It’s a proper action film!

I enjoyed it and thought it was funny but I couldn’t help thinking that it was season three of the show put together to make a film. I like that it was pretty much a very well contained storyline in terms of the Star Wars universe. I haven’t watched all of season two and found it easy to follow etc. .

It was fine and all. Very much playing it safe. Basically just an overlong filler episode of the show. Doesn’t advance the story at all.

We all loved it (dh, me and ds aged 14). None of us are particularly into Star Wars etc but thought we would give it a go and we all really enjoyed it. Grogu and the little weird creatures reminded me a lot of the Flight of the Navigator, I loved that film in the 80s. Well worth a watch.

I'd have liked to see a stronger storyline, tied in to the series. I also wanted to see more Mandalorians as I love it when they work together in a group. Also would've been nice to introduce another strong character, or a familiar character but that didn't happen although we did have Zeb from Rebels.
