It's back on the local cinema at the moment. Should I see it there or will it be ok streaming at home? I know some films are much better at the cinema.

Booked for tonight. Is there anything extra after credits? I know there was after Sinners.

Can’t specifically recall. But about a billion people worked on the film so the credits are long.

(I always stay till the end of the credits anyway, just to acknowledge the vast amount of skill, craft and creativity that goes into making a film.)

One Battle After Another-views! | Mumsnet

Saw this tonight with my two teens. I loved it, they liked it (high praise) and didn’t even complain about the length. Only the Apple product placemen...

I'm in the minority and thought it was violent, predictable, unpleasant, and tedious.

Yes its better on the big screen! Incredible action sequences

I can imagine that the chase scene through rolling desert hills would be really spectacular in the cinema but I watched it on a tiny aeroplane screen and still loved it.

I watched it at the weekend, hadn’t heard anything about it before then but generally like Leo, right kind of genre for me etc. I have to agree with you. I found it boring, unpleasant and generally odd. One of the worst films I’ve ever had the misfortune of watching. I was really surprised with the reviews when I googled it afterwards. I enjoy most films we watch. This goes in the exceptions pile along with Mulholland Drive.

Really fascinated that you both hated it!

Violent, unpleasant, odd are all terms that could equally be applied to Weapons - which I sincerely wish I’d never seen as it left such a nasty taste.
