Anyone else seen this?
Its a quirky little thriller where a grieving widow played by Emma Thompson goes late middle aged Rambo with accompanying groans and moans each time she gets up from the latest pummelling. It’s not perfect- a bit too long and a bit overly focused on her character when the others could do with some development, but by god it’s good to see a film focused around strong female characters who are allowed to act their age. Absolute bonus is that ET appears to have had no work done on her face so you can see every nuance of her portrayed emotions.
I would recommend it if you’re at a lose end - short too at under 2 hours.
