It's the summer holidays and I'm all out of ideas for what to watch that is suitable for a 10year old boy and mature 13 year old! Pitch perfect & young sheldon worked well. Suggestion please....

The Goldbergs is also good. They understand a bit more now when we say "but in the 80s..."

Outnumbered wasn't a success with either of the kids tonight, will try the others tomorrow!!!

I have this age pairing so following this!

We liked:
Dark Materials on BBC iPlayer.
The Durrells on Disney.
Friday Night Dinner on Netflix(?)

Mine loved Henry Danger and Victorious. As a family we watched Death in Paradise, Zombies (All of them) and fresh prince of bel air lol!

Stranger things worked well for my children when they were around that age. Some children might find it scary (that was the appeal for mine) so maybe watch it first.

Modern family

MyBlueSloth · 10/08/2025 23:36

The middle. Malcom in the middle. Julie and the phantoms. Trollhunters.

Big bang theory, the Goldberg's, modern family. Star wars rebels on Disney plus. My teenagers and I loved it (18 and 15). They also did a series of how to train your dragon
