Can you say something about why you posted and what your take is on this?

I'm guessing that the reason the judge decided in her favour is that the staff behaviour came after a 'protected disclosure', when employers are under an obligation to ensure that employees suffered no detriment as a result of the disclosure.

In other circs it would be absurd, but it is possible to imagine that evidence was presented making it reasonable to conclude the incident was as a result of her having raised a grievance
