Can someone identify this film...

I saw a trailer at the cinema a couple of years ago of a film with a young woman of colour in America and either she or her mother goes on holiday and then goes missing. A lot was made of phones in the trailer, with messages coming up etc. I thought it looked like an easy watch and quite recently I think I saw it flash up on Netflix or Prime but didn't get the name again.

Can anyone help?
