Tommen Baratheon falling out of a window with no emotion, build up, or follow up had me crying, though I imagine not in the way the Game of Thrones producers intended.

Dolambslikemintsauce · 01/03/2025 15:59

Janine shoving Barry over the cliff in Eastenders years ago.

EineReiseDurchDieZeit · 01/03/2025 16:01

The Substance - don't want to give a spoiler as it's a recent film

MrsSkylerWhite · 01/03/2025 16:01

Not a death but a funeral.

Had our kids (and me) howling. Mousehunt. Will try(!) to link.

Fuddlefiend · 01/03/2025 16:02

Romano being crushed by the helicopter falling off the roof in ER

MrsSkylerWhite · 01/03/2025 16:04

Nope, can’t link it but easy to find under Mousehunt-funeral.
Yes, I can be rather infantile.

Midsomer Murders had some crackers over the years. I particularly liked the one where a man was staked out on a lawn with croquet hoops, and then killed by bottles of vintage wine fired from a trebuchet...

The Monkey has some gross but funny ones.

oh I love a trebuchet. I have never forgotten seeing the one at Warwick Castle fired many years ago.
Can't help but think.it was a waste of good wine though.

There's a movie called Frozen about 3 people stuck on a ski lift. The man jumping off made us crack up 😂

Dolambslikemintsauce · 02/03/2025 14:40

That Frozen is the worst film ever..... Made me actually want to watch the Anna /Elsa version!!

Yes! First his hand is chopped off by one, then he gets crushed by a second one a couple of years later.

MelainesLaugh · 02/03/2025 14:50

All of them in Little Shop Of Horrors

Vinvertebrate · 02/03/2025 14:52

That brief moment of levity in Threads when the granny does some post-mortem jiggling about.

LetsGoFlyAKiteee · 02/03/2025 19:17

Hollyoaks..Maddie and the flying car door. Very final destination. Though very fitting end for her character

The TelevisionWithoutPity recaps of those episodes were absolutely hilarious. I miss them.
