It's a U, but reading the review I'm not sure whether a 4.5 yo would enjoy it.

my dd's loved it. i quite liked it.
youngest is 8 and she play acted for days afterwards.

Do you think your 8 yo would have enjoyed it when she was 4.5, Slarty? My dd is quite advanced (we all say that!), and loved Golden Compass, which surprised me!

it is meant to be suitable for over 4's. can't help really. dd (8) didnt; see golden compass

GS loved it - he's 5. So did I but for totally different reasons (Gerard Butler plays the dad -yummy).

Just a lot - and GS kept making rather loud comments such as "oo your sexy man just fell in the water" "Why is your sexy man doing that?" lol
