Has anyone watched it?
I saw it today and I couldn't stop crying and I think it will always stay with me, even in years to come.
There are some evil people in this world but this one really got me, I'm so angry at the system that allowed this and I really wish it wasn't true.
Anyone else watched something that has affected you or something you will never forget?

I watched it many, many years ago and yes, it’s extremely upsetting.

Yes, I watched it. It's on YouTube. I sobbed at the end. It's so sad.

Absolutely devastating- the twist is a real gut punch.

Slightly different but also stayed with me was the story of Genie who was kept tied to a chair until she was about 12 (though looked much, much younger). She was analysed by doctors and became a social/medical experiment, then ended up in an institution. She lost the chance at a particular stage of brain development and although acquired some language, it was very limited. Her potential was crushed by her evil father.

Yes loads of stuff! I've not seen this and probably won't now as I've decided to try and avoid things that upset me as it states with me for a looong time! Even if it's fictional.

I cried for two hours solid after watching The Orphanage (Spanish horror film 😆)

When I started watching Lion, I had to turn it off after 15 minutes and resume the following day as I was too upset.

The Boy In The Striped Pyjamas - just devastating.

So many more that I can't remember - I get very emotionally affected by things, it actually feels like a pain in my body.

I've just looked it up and seen it's a true story - extra upsetting. I don't know if I could bring myself to watch.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone watches it, tbh. It’s a true story and really devastating.

Omg I watched this the other week randomly! It was so so upsetting. I didn’t know the story and my mouth dropped when I found out the twist, so sad, just awful :(
