Lord - anyone seen the trailer yet? WTF is going on? And that awful audio of the woman talking over it, Christ that's creepy.

I absolutely loved the first, second was a bit daft but still enjoyable and when I heard about three I did eye roll as what on earth can they do with it? You almost have to create something entirely new after that time jump.

But I have to say I'm intrigued now and can even get over my irrational dislike of Aaron Taylor Johnson to watch.

Just need to wait for the summer

I've just booked my ticket for this and watched the first two in preparation - I'm getting a bit ahead of myself since it's still three weeks away, but it's the film I've been looking forward to most all year.

I'd forgotten how good the first one was as it's so long since I've seen it. Hopefully it'll pop up on TV in anticipation of the 28YL so I can watch it again. Even the 2nd/Robert Carlyle one was better than I remember.

I haven't watched any of the longer trailers that are starting to emerge, but I did read that the original one mentioned here has just won three awards at the Golden Trailer Awards

28 Weeks Later is on Disney+

I watched 28 days and 28 weeks later over the last couple of nights on Iplayer and Prime, and really want to see 28 Years later now.

So watched it. After looking forward to it so much. Took fancy snacks and wine.

First 20 minutes we loved it. Interesting seeing the village community and when they got to the main land, excellently stressful!!!

Then it just went down hill. And the last five minutes with Jack O’Connel looking like the love child of Jimmy Saville and Bez …. just tosh.

Beautiful scenery though
