Just realised this is now free on Prime. Will give it a watch over the weekend.

We watched it on Friday. It’s very well written and Hugh Grant is excellent in it. Very strange but quite a gripping story!

I really loved the first hour or so but found the ending a let down. The friend I saw it with was the opposite, found the beginning too slow but liked the last part.

The acting was great and Hugh Grant was wonderfully creepy.

I was rooting for Hugh Grant 🤣

It was very (very) silly but a bit of a hoot.

I watched this on Friday and thought it was pretty good. The three leads were all great.

Starts great, ends a bit daft

Watched it a few days ago. Quite a few "oh,for goodness sake!" and "really?!!" moments. The acting was excellent though.

but it was great,
the ending with him crawling up to the girl was a bit odd but i enjoyed the film,
the female stars, who used to be Mormons but left in real life, acted particularly well i thought

I just watched it. I thought the acting was very strong. I wouldn’t describe it as horror more thriller, I would have liked some jumps! I thought the debate about religion was interesting but fairly basic although tbf it would have been dull if it turned into to a theology class.
Im not sure how I feel about the end, did she escape? Was it a hallucination/entering of the afterlife? Very ambiguous!

Watched it on Prime on the weekend and also enjoyed it. Hugh was great as always and the girls acted well too, plus some interesting points about religion that DH and I discussed.
Again, wasn't keen on the ending, too ambigious for me as well. I am hoping she did survive and got our though.

Interesting, well-acted film but it felt like they had done some test screenings with a very thick audience, and then tacked a weird schlocky ending on, which made no sense at all.

Oh is it on Prime? I don’t often watch this type of film but this obe looks good.

Watched it last night. I thought it was very good with great acting. Kept me focused. I don't usually watch that type of film. Not keen on the ending either could have given more clarity.

Interesting film. Wasn’t as good as I was expecting. I enjoyed the suspense of the living room scene probably the most (candle was chilling) but then less so the remainder especially what was going on with those ghouls or whatever they were! Anyone case to summarise the ending / meaning behind the film as I watched on a plane and was kind of tired. I don’t understand how her chum came back to life for a minute lol and what happened to those others? Were they Mormons too?
