Just watched Leave the World Behind. When it ended I was like, what?! Is that it? It was like it ended halfway through, but no, that really was the end!

Anyone else disappointed with any other film ending where you were like, eh?

Grease.

Change absolutely everything about yourself to suit a man - then you'll get him

It's the random flying car that gets me about the ending? I get driving off into the sunset but flying

There is a theory that Sandy is unconscious/in a coma from ‘nearly drowning’ and the film is her dreams while she is unconscious. The end is her dying and the flying car is her being taken to heaven.

Another Earth. Not the film that was sold and then you have to pretend that you're only deep and intelligent if you get it. Nope

The whole of La La land annoyed me, because Emma Stone can't sing and neither of them can dance. So many talented actors in Hollywood could have done better.

La La Land annoyed me even more than it would have done because the first few minutes were EXACTLY what the advert had promised.

Then the hugely talented diverse supporting cast got back into the cars and the actual story started. The racist, full of plot holes, totally misunderstanding the entire concept of jazz, completely without big musical numbers, totally misunderstanding the concept of sensible adult relationships, totally misunderstanding the concept of heel leads story.

By the time it got to the end bit I was just "well, meh, that was stupid"

@LutonBeds Call me very basic but the main thing I remember about "Time Bandits" is how good Sean Connery looked as Agamemnon (I think it was). First time I actually realised he was so physically attractive, even though I had seen him as James Bond, etc.

My sister’s keeper. The book ending was so much better

Yes I watched it with DH and told him there was an amazing twist coming up. I can’t understand why they went with what they went with. The WHOLE POINT of the book was just kicked in the long grass

The Sound Of Music. How are they going to survive after fleeing to the mountains with the Nazis after them?

Probably the way the real Von at falls survived - although they actually took a train

Plus, they are crossing the Alps into Switzerland, not going to live in a cave or something.
