Has anyone watched any films recently or would like to suggest some? I need some new film suggestions and would love to chat about films in general :) x

Damsel on Netflix. I thought it was quite entertaining

American Fiction is a fantastic film. Can't wait to watch again as on streaming now I think.
Enjoyed Wicked Little Letters too. Was fun watch.
All Of Us Strangers. Devastating watch. Not perfect but beautiful in places.
Saltburn & Poor Things not for me and haven't watched.

The Holdovers is on Prime.

It's kind of Breakfast Club meets Dead Poets Society. Great film.

American Fiction is fantastic!
I've been meaning to watch All of us Stranger, heard a lot of great things about it.
I started watching Saltburn and turned it off, wasn't for me personally and poor things I have yet to try but maybe I will one day

I recently watched the original Ghostbusters, such an enjoyable film.

I think All of Us Strangers is just going to destroy me when I watch it.

I recently rewatched one of my absolute favourites, Moonlight. Tears my heart to shreds, but such a beautiful movie.

Under the Banner of Heaven is amazing, horrifying yes but a work of art.

Cinema wise I've enjoyed Dune2 and Wicked Little letters.

Streaming-wise, The Wonder - Florence Pugh, Really good. Society of the snow - amazing. Saltburn - entertaining. Poor things - visually amazing, but hmmm not sure.

Flora and son is very good.

I need cheering up as not well so think I'll leave All of us strangers for now.

It would help if people say where to watch some of these films. I have have cancelled Netflix.

Went to see the Japanese film Monster last weekend and loved it. Beautiful film and beautiful music. Also loved Wicked Little Letters. Genuine laugh out loud. Zone of Interest is a must see. I enjoyed Anatomy of a Fall but its one I would have been happy to wait and see on Netflix or similar
