Scariest: The original BBC screenplay of The Woman In Black

Funniest: Withnail and I

Saddest: Love Story

Weirdest: How To Get Ahead In Advertising

Worst: The Idiots

Scariest: The Haunting (1963) – saw it on TV as a teenager and scared me to death - possibly may not have the same effect now!

Funniest: Life of Brian with Monty Python and the Holy Grail a close second.

Saddest: Sophie’s Choice

Weirdest: The Lobster

Worst: Captain Corelli's Mandolin. Also Phone Booth, The Lobster and Waterworld

Scariest : What Lies Beneath - I was afraid to have a bath for a while

Funniest: Anchorman 2 - daft and non PC - love it!

Weirdest - Men - I have no words to describe THAT scene!

Saddest - Wild with Reese Witherspoon - I was sobbing.

Worst - The Core - just shockingly bad.

Weirdest is A Field In England. I enjoyed it, but it was deeply odd.

Scariest - Nightmare on Elm Street and The Entity watched both when I was about 13, have never watched a horror/scary movie since!

Funniest- Planes,Trains and Automobiles

Saddest - Bridges of Madison County - I never fail to cry at the rain scene.

Weirdest- The Fly

Worst - any current dubbed Netflix film which my dh seems to have an obsession for atm

I'd forgotten The Descent. It came on TV late one night and OH and I thought we'd give it a go, not knowing anything about it, the beginning is quite benign and then it scared the pants off us all the way through, but not in a good way!

Killer Clowns From Out Of Space sounds so bad it might be good/funny! I'll take @bingoringo4's word for it though

Scariest -- I don't really do horror but had the misfortune to see the first Saw movie. Vile.
Funniest -- Dodgeball
Saddest -- Watership Down
Weirdest AND worst Broken Flowers. a Jim Jarmusch film.

Scariest: Any home invasion type film (funny games etc) nightmare on elm street terrified me as a kid.
