Scary films for 12 and 8 year old

My kids want to watch a scary film. I'm struggling to find one suitable for their ages. Any recommendations please?

Hocus Pocus?

Disney, the haunted mansion

We have a ghost. Hocus pocus. Corpse Bride. The curse of bridge hollow. Wendll and wild. All on netflix I believe.

My kids loved Arachnophobia; genuine 'eeks' and laughs.

Disney film The Hole. Taking my boy to see it years ago the woman in the cinema warned it was scary. It was a really scary kids film.

The Witches with Angelica Huston.

The Little Vampire with Richard E Grant. Not scary as such, but like a kids version of The Lost Boys.

Princess Bride

Jaws - but it does depend on the eight year old. It was a Pg at the time, 12a these days.
