Recently, probably last year or two, watched a movie at home but I can't remember the name, actors etc and it's driving me mad.
It's set on a college campus. Young couple (possibly students) lodge with an older couple. It's set around the 50s - could be US or England - maybe set in US but the older couple are English, or one of them is. The young couple husband is involved in academic life and Thursdays are literary night and the women are excluded. Then it turns out that Thursday nights are when the male lecturers etc have parties with the female students, kinda.
I've probably got it all wrong but sure that I haven't imagined it.
Can anyone put me out of my misery?
