Saw a clip of a film on someone else’s phone - what is it??

I was on a flight and saw a scene from a film on someone’s phone and can’t shake it from my head.

Two women, in some kind of desert. Looks a bit like Thelma and Louise. The brunette somehow gets shot (didn’t see how or by who). She lays on the ground looking at her wound, probably dying. The other woman, a redhead, is talking to her, packing a bag, And looks totally indifferent, about to walk away.

then I had to leave the plane!! Any ideas? I want to know what happened to them!!

Netflix. Who is Erin Carter. Or something similar to that.

Lots of plot holes and improbable situations (particularly the ending), but good light viewing if you're not too fussy.
