So I’m fairly sure it was Nicole Kidman. It’s set in America when they’re pushing West. She is all dolled up in her finest, arrives at a town in a horse drawn carriage, at the church being built. I believe her father might be the vicar. She is helping pass out the refreshments, and the love interest is building the roof.
