Has anyone watched this on Netflix? What did you think? I found the book difficult to follow so thought the film might be easier...

I was just watching and he was going on about social media, perfectionism etc and I just googled him and discovered his wife is a social media influencer 😂

Anyway, did anyone enjoy it? I've just paused for a break.

I’ve watched it but can’t say it had me gripped enough to stay off my phone!

Tried watching it 3 times.
Came across as a narcissist / wealthy (no mention of how he funded travel for yrs) dick who wanted to publish anything for fun and fame

Rambling testimony and stupid rules ? Too much focus on just him (so boring to watch, should have been a podcast instead) and subjective only.

A lot of what he said wouldnt stand up to scientific testing i dont think but was presented as fact due to the f*ck in the title making it a best seller
