All looks a bit glossy to me - though I'll still want to see it. And the actresses are too old, aren't they? I recall the thing about the book was how young the women are, in today's terms. Certainly less than 20, IIRC.

didn't like this at all i'm afraid. I was a big fan of the Tudors so i compared it alot to that production. The was way too Americanized for my taste.

Loved it although thought it skipped through the book a bit quickly (but then probably had to given it was a film). BUt then, I really didn't rate the Tudors so maybe you're one or the other ?
