Murder mystery films/tv for DDs 11 & 13

I recently watched the Kenneth Branagh Poirot films with my DDs. They enjoyed the fairly fast pace, the mystery and particularly the way he explained everything at the end (saved me from having to do it!)
Any recommendations for 12 rated mysteries? They like Enola Holmes as well.

What about the Peter Ustinov version of Death on the Nile? Murder She Wrote? Diagnosis Murder?

I think Jonathan Creek is mostly a twelve?

The 1974 version of Murder on the Orient Express is vastly superior to KB's version. I saw it in the cinema when it first came out. I would have been 12 or 13. It made me into a lifelong devotee of Agatha Christie.

There will be lots of ITV Poirot adaptations on ITVX.

Midsomer Murders? Death in Paradise?

My DD seems to enjoy Vera and Shakespeare & Hathaway! High brow she ain’t. She also enjoys the new Poirots, the old Miss Marples but only after she’s read the books.

My 13 year old loves Death in paradise, as do a few of her friends

Another vote for Shakespeare and Hathaway, and Death in Paradise - both enjoyed here by my 13 year old DD. Also try Father Brown and The Majorca Files.

We watched murder mystery 2 this evening ... completely daft but fun

We watched this yesterday it really was a blast! I think I liked it better than the first one. Gorgeous Carribean backdrop and then Paris 😍

The Mallorca files on iplayer. Also the coroner, sister boniface, father brown on Drama.
