Dr Zhivago is on iplayer

strated to watch it last night after the programme about the book being banned.
DH had never seen it!
it is an easy watch, however 3 hours,
watching it in two parts
anyone else watching it recently?

Ooh me! I have seen it numerous times and absolutely love it, especially the music

I Iove it. Watch it whenever it's on at Christmas. I don't think it would be made now with that ending 😢

I have watched the Omar Sharif and Julie Christie version and the more recent one with Hans Matheson and Keira Knightley.

Prefer the original.

Years since I've seen it, it's very long!

I have not seen the remake but the original is very long but not a difficult watch

All the snow and wolves are very atmospheric, brrr

It is the most beautiful film.
scenery, music, actors.
so gorgeous.

This is so funny as we rented it on Prime the other night. We meant to go back to it but by then Prime had deleted it so I was over the moon when I saw it on the iplayer. I will finish the second half at the weekend. Lovely film.
