Watched this over Christmas 🎄 and really really enjoyed it. Most of it was filmed in North Devon and can spot a lot of landmarks. I found it quite emotional but quite gripping.

It was a better film than I'd expected from the title.

The book is better than the film, it explains a lot more. You should read it if you liked the film.

I avoided it because none of it was filmed in Guernsey.

I’ve seen it before on a plane, it was lovely.

It's alright, quite formulaic but good for one watch. I prefer "Their Finest", also formulaic but definitely a better film imo

I was disappointed. It is no where as good as the book. They mucked about with it. They had the main character in Jersey far too early and they quickly ignored the fact that the story was being told by the writers of the letters. Loved the book but underwhelmed by the film.
