What horror film for 13/14 year old that want to (but aren't allowed) to watch an 18

My son is having some friend over tonight and they want to watch a horror film but all the suggestions are 18 rated which I'm not comfortable with. Any suggestions? I hate all horrors so no idea at all!

Sorry totally forgot about this . They started woman in black but declared it too tame so we agreed on Poltergeist which is quite dated but a classic they'd heard of so deemed acceptable Of course they all said it wasn't scary
